This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and prepaid balances made through CashCowSEO.com ("CashCowSEO," "we," "us," or "our"), a platform operated by Trend Watchers, LLC. By purchasing or maintaining any plan, subscription, credit balance, or service through CashCowSEO, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy in full.
1. All Sales Are Final
All charges, payments, and prepaid balances made to CashCowSEO are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, regardless of the reason for the request. This includes, without limitation:
- Monthly, annual, or any other recurring subscription charges.
- One-time charges for plans, upgrades, add-ons, or credits.
- Prepaid balances, prepaid credits, or any funds deposited to your account in advance, including any unused or remaining portion of such balances.
- Charges for any billing period, whether the Service was used in full, in part, or not at all during that period.
2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds
CashCowSEO provides an AI-powered content generation service. The moment your account is active and a content request is processed, our systems consume real computing resources, AI infrastructure costs, and content generation capacity on your behalf. This work is performed and these resources are consumed regardless of whether you ultimately publish the content, whether the content performs as hoped in search rankings, or whether you actively engage with the platform during the billing period.
Because our obligations are fulfilled at the point of content generation — and because the content itself is delivered to you and remains yours to use — all charges are considered earned and non-refundable once incurred. A subscription or prepaid balance funds access to the Service and content generation capacity for the applicable period; it does not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic outcome, or business result, and dissatisfaction with SEO performance does not constitute grounds for a refund.
3. Prepaid Balances and Credits
Any prepaid balance, credit, or pack of credits purchased through CashCowSEO is non-refundable in full, including any portion that remains unused at the time of a cancellation, downgrade, account closure, or termination, whether initiated by you or by us. Prepaid balances and credits do not carry a cash value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted to a refund under any circumstances.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us in writing. Cancellation will stop future billing for subsequent billing periods but does not entitle you to a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the current or any prior billing period. Your access to the Service and any remaining content generation capacity will continue through the end of the billing period already paid for.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly is a violation of this Policy and of our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, revoke access to the Program and any affiliated programs, and pursue recovery of any disputed amounts, including associated fees, in the event of an unauthorized chargeback.
6. Service Interruptions
While we work to maintain reliable, uninterrupted service, occasional downtime, delays, or technical issues may occur. Such interruptions do not entitle you to a refund or credit. Our liability in connection with any service interruption is governed by the disclaimers and limitation of liability set out in our Terms and Conditions.
7. Billing Errors
This Policy does not limit your right to report a genuine billing error, such as being charged an incorrect amount, charged twice for the same billing period due to a processing error, or charged after a cancellation was properly submitted and confirmed before the renewal date. If you believe such an error has occurred, contact us within thirty (30) days of the charge at the email address below. We will review the charge and, at our sole discretion, correct verified billing errors. This Policy's "no refund" terms otherwise remain in full force and do not constitute an admission that any other charge was made in error.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of CashCowSEO following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. This Policy does not apply retroactively to charges already incurred.
